Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Construction Manager, Wireless Services to lead the execution of wireless construction across multiple projects and markets in the United States. You will oversee vendors, field operations, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety to ensure on-time delivery within budget and regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating with Site Acquisition, Engineering, Permitting, and Operations teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a strong safety culture

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of wireless construction activities including mobilization, construction, equipment installation, commissioning support, and closeout.
• Manage macro, small cell, DAS, fixed wireless access, roof tops and 5G deployment projects across markets.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, resource plans, and forecasts to meet customer commitments.
• Direct and manage general contractors, subcontractors, crews, and in-house field personnel.
• Conduct site audits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity; ensure compliance with designs and codes.
