Qualifications

• 7–9 years of telecom experience including ISP/OSP operations.
• Deep knowledge of fiber, telecom infrastructure and network design.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end construction model to standardize processes.
• Oversee field operations with crews, subcontractors, and inspections.
• Recruit, manage, and grow the OSP Construction team.
• Identify subcontractors and manage quality and schedule.
• Communicate expectations to vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Lead bids and proposals team for RFP responses.
• Lead managers on technical and operational issues.
• Build relationships with customers to identify project requirements.
• Improve construction processes, program management, and financial performance.
