Utilities One is seeking a qualified, local Director - OSP Construction to advance our Telecommunications Division in Denver. You will lead end-to-end construction, oversee field operations, recruit and grow the OSP team, and manage subcontractors to deliver projects safely and on time within quality standards.

• Extensive experience in telecommunications and OSP/ISP operations.
• Strong knowledge of fiber, network topologies, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets, schedules, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement end-to-end OSP construction model and processes.
• Oversee field operations with in-house crews and subcontractors.
• Recruit, manage, and grow the OSP Construction team.
• Identify subcontractors and resources to support projects and ensure quality.
• Communicate expectations to vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Lead bids and proposals in response to RFPs.
• Lead managers on technical and operational issues.
• Build relationships with customers to define requirements and ensure efficiency.
• Improve construction processes, program management, operations support, and financial performance.
