The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and experience in detox or behavioral health. A willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and pass background checks is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA, CADC or similar certifications are a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in detox/residential or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe clients in detox and residential setting to ensure safety.
• Conduct admissions including intake assessments and urine screens.
• Assist clients with daily living activities in a structured environment.
• Document client behavior, vitals, and progress per facility protocols.
• Proficient documentation in KIPU Systems or similar software.
• Respond to client needs and crises with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support treatment plans.
• Conduct room checks, facility walkthroughs, and safety inspections.
• Facilitate group activities and support client engagement in recovery.
