Restore Detox Centers is seeking a compassionate Detox/Residential Technician for our Poway, CA location. Join a supportive, team-driven environment focused on helping clients begin recovery with structured, therapeutic care.

Responsibilities include client monitoring, admissions, daily living assistance, and collaboration with clinical staff. Relevant CNA/CADC certifications and CPR/First Aid are a plus; a background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications such as CNA or CADC are a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe clients in detox and residential settings to ensure safety and well-being.
• Conduct admissions including orientation, intake assessment, urine screen, and medication management.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and maintain a structured, therapeutic environment.
• Document client behavior, vitals, and progress per facility protocols and state standards.
• Documentation in KIPU or similar client management software.
• Respond to client needs and crises with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support treatment plans.
• Conduct room checks, safety inspections, and support group activities.
