Qualifikationen

• Possesses current valid California Driver License.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of recovery programs.
• Registered/Certified with recognized body.
• Recovery Technicians must abstain from all illegal drug and alcohol usage during the time of employ and comply with the Code of Conduct for the certifying body.
• Must be licensed, certified, or registered to obtain certification pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Chapter 8, Section 13035 (f).

Aufgaben

• Provides resident supervision in coordination with the clinical staff.
• Assists in admission of new residents and orienting them to unit and program.
• Assists residents through the discharge process.
• Makes scheduled resident rounds.
• Maintains safety and reports unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Assists patients in the recovery process.
• Performs general center maintenance tasks and keeps areas clean.
• Accompanies residents off the unit for meetings and outings.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships within clinical guidelines.
• Attends shift report and relays information to the team.
• Conducts observations of clients and documents them per IMS policies and DHCS standards.
• Includes detoxification service delivery and related policy adherence.
• Manages medication handoffs and inventories.
• Prepares nutritious meals for patients during shifts.
