Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist detainees with needs and complaints using ICE forms or direct requests.
• Support ERO staff with parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities and ERO HQ.
• Facilitate discussions on issues such as abuse, health, housing, and release planning.
• Provide language interpretation and translation support for detained noncitizens.
• Refer noncitizens to appropriate services for care and follow-up.
• Conduct wellness checks for vulnerable populations and assist with intake meetings.
