Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing custody, security, and treatment policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility regulations.
• Coordinate staffing for security supervisors and officers; oversee post orders and training.
• Report on incidents and maintain daily logs; support inmate programs and transitions.
• Prepare various written documents including policies and contracts as required.
