Job summary

Portlandchristian is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Client Services team at our Blankenbaker location in Louisville. You will manage onboarding, billing, and lifecycle tracking, ensuring data accuracy in our CRM and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

Experience in account setup, billing, or accounts receivable (AR) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in CRM and billing processes.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Onboard new client accounts and ensure complete setup in CRM.
Maintain accuracy in client records and account data.
Track account lifecycle, including client imports and service timelines.
Generate invoices and follow up on unpaid or outstanding invoices.
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and support financial tracking.
Act as a responsive point of contact for client and account issues.
Collaborate across departments, efficiently and professionally managing internal communications.
Maintain clear records of service orders and resolutions.
