Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior banking or loan operations experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Balance loan activity across all loan types and process payments to third-party vendors accurately and on time.
• Track and maintain loan-related data in Excel, including year-end reporting and monthly productivity reports.
• Monitor and follow up on vehicle titles to ensure proper documentation and lien placement.
• Process funding requests, including Freddie Mac deliveries and wire transfers.
• Ensure all loan documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform loan account maintenance and data updates in the core system.
