Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process loan payoffs and modifications in the CORE system.
• Prepare and send required loan documents for signature and handle extensions/adjustments.
• Balance and reconcile shared consumer lending accounts.
• Maintain reports used for loan servicing, tracking, maintenance, and issue discovery.
• Respond to loan-related information requests from members and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with record retention requirements and documentation imaging.
