You will reconcile invoices, prepare reports, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings while collaborating with the team to maintain data integrity. AI practices support is also part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bookkeeper in insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel; EPIC experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable.
