Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor\'s in accounting/finance, 3+ years bookkeeping experience, and strong Excel skills; insurance agency background preferred. Hybrid schedule with wellness and team events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, from invoice processing to vendor payments.
• Own accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Deposit and record client payments and insurance carrier commission checks.
• Reconcile daily bank activity and post journal entries.
• Complete monthly and year-end general ledger reconciliations.
• Reconcile agency bill and direct bill commission statements, resolving carrier discrepancies.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and special projects.

Compensation
