The Truck Patch in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records for our growing natural market. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across multiple store locations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, and a keen eye for detail. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits with growth potential in a retail

• Hands-on QuickBooks experience and daily bookkeeping proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data and reporting.
• 2–5 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Process and record vendor invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple store locations.
• Assist with payroll processing, verification, and recordkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Review vendor statements and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare journal entries and account adjustments as appropriate.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Provide financial information to management on request.
