Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and GAAP.
• Experience with AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Process accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts monthly.
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with financial statements and reports for owners.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting as needed.
• Track and remit sales tax filings as needed.
• Coordinate with CPA for year-end tax prep and reporting.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical financial records.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special projects.
