8sian Signs, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 2+ years of experience in retail or restaurant environments. The role focuses on daily sales reconciliation, AP/AR management, payroll support with Paylocity, and precise data entry across Toast POS, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, contribute to timely financial statements, and maintain organized documents while working in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in retail or restaurant environments.
• Associate degree or higher in accounting or related coursework.
• Experience with Toast POS is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure accuracy of POS data including Toast transactions.
• Review, process, and reconcile high-volume daily sales transactions from multiple sources.
• Reconcile merchant processing statements to daily sales transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable: invoice review, AP batch preparation, payment processing support, and vendor record maintenance.
• Maintain AR for credit/debit card accounts and ensure timely bank deposits by third-party processors.
• Perform bank and system reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing using Paylocity and review payroll data.
