Job summary

8SIAN SIGNS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 2+ years of experience in a retail or restaurant setting. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Toast POS, and Microsoft Office is required. You will reconcile daily sales, manage AP, assist payroll with Paylocity, and help prepare financial statements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in retail or restaurant.
• Associate degree or higher in accounting.
• Toast POS experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure POS data accuracy.
• Review, process, and reconcile high-volume daily sales transactions.
• Reconcile merchant processing statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable: invoice review, batch prep, payments, vendor records.
• Assist with payroll processing using Paylocity.
• Prepare daily sales reports and support financial statements.
• Maintain organized records and inventory data.
• Update products and pricing in the POS system.
