You will enter and review invoices, contact customers on past-due items, and prepare reports while working closely with a small, supportive team in a growing industry.

This role requires accuracy, good math, and strong communication to negotiate payment plans and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate billing and accounts receivable data.
• Review billing statements, invoices, and related documents for accuracy.
• Contact customers to resolve billing issues and ensure accounts are current.
• Manage past-due accounts by arranging payment plans or coordinating resolution.
• Research, compile, and track data related to collections efforts.
• Prepare and distribute accounting reports as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as mail distribution, phone calls, and other office support.
