Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation.
• Enter and maintain financial data in accounting software.
• Post and reconcile cash receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support daily accounting and financial operations to keep records accurate and organized.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
• Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks.
• Perform scanning, filing, and other admin duties for Finance Team.
• Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment with financial information.
