Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting/finance role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts on a daily basis.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and generate financial reports for management review.
• Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate employee compensation.
• Track expenses and assist with budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
