Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation.
• Accurately enter and maintain financial data in accounting software.
• Post and reconcile cash receipts and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Support daily accounting and financial operations to ensure records remain accurate and organized.
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Perform scanning, filing, and other administrative duties to support the Finance Team.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling financial information.
