Qualifications

• Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update financial records and files
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare basic financial reports as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
