PSC Motorsports in Texas seeks an Accountant to oversee daily financial operations, keep books accurate, and ensure timely payments and clear reporting. You’ll work closely with leadership to support growth and maintain compliance across AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in accounting, hands-on QuickBooks, and familiarity with Avalara AvaTax for multi-state sales tax. A degree in accounting is a plus, and you’ll join a tight-knit, hands-on team.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on with AP/AR, GL, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP/ecommerce platforms and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports on time.
• Issue customer invoices, apply payments, and monitor aging.
• Post journal entries and reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities.
• Manage sales tax setup and reporting using Avalara AvaTax.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, operations, and leadership to support finances.
