Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain daily accounting transactions, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Maintain and file financial documentation accurately.
• Support preparation of audit documentation and external audits.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and operations.
• Help improve accounting procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
