Multifab Inc in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Accounting & Compliance Specialist to support accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and financial recordkeeping. You will assist with general ledger maintenance, AP/AR, sales tax filings, licenses, fixed assets, and depreciation, while backing up the Controller/CFO.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to regulatory requirements and reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file sales tax returns and maintain records.
• Maintain fixed-asset records and depreciation calculations.
• Support Controller and CFO with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Post journal entries and assist with month‑end/quarter/year‑end closes.
• Assist with AP/AR processes and vendor invoicing.
