Randstad USA is looking for an Operations Processor to join our client’s team in a fast-paced financial services setting. The role emphasizes accuracy and productivity, handling mail, data entry, and process documentation in a high-volume environment.

The position offers a first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with an hourly pay of $18–$19. Education required is a High School diploma, and benefits are available as part of Randstad’s package. This posting remains open for thirty days.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of operations support experience or equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in a high-volume processing or operations environment; lockbox experience preferred.
• Basic computer and printing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Print, sort, fold, insert, and prepare up to 100 letters/mail items daily.
• Manage incoming and returned mail and route items appropriately.
• Monitor a shared email inbox and route requests to the appropriate teams.
• Perform data entry, basic calculations, and document processing.
• Prepare forms, reports, and operational documentation.
• Use internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support daily operations and assigned projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, productivity, and established quality standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
