Work Model:
What You Will Do:
- Process daily operational tasks including account setup, maintenance, transfers, and asset movement activities
- Complete routine and complex transactions efficiently and accurately
- Review work for accuracy and identify potential discrepancies or issues before processing
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and account-related concerns
- Follow established procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards
- Utilize financial systems, software applications, and internal tools to complete work efficiently
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and build positive working relationships across teams
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to work with a willingnessto embrace change
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience within the financial services industry (preferred)
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial products, account maintenance, and transaction processing (preferred)
