Job summary

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers by phone to discuss the customer list and service needs.
• Review retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with the home when it arrives at the lot.
• Guide contractors working for their plant.
• Enter service orders into the service system.
• Assign the correct parts to each item on the service order.
• File completed work orders.
