Champion Modular, a Champion Home Builders company, seeks a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our Strattanville, PA team. Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations of Marketing and Sales programs while providing strong administrative support.

The role involves handling overflow calls, processing orders, maintaining dealer materials, and coordinating meetings. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• Take customer orders and change orders when Salesmen unavailable.
• Compile information for the quarterly Marketing and Sales newsletter.
• Update photos of homes and options; maintain dealer site information and schematics.
• Organize Foundation and Retail meeting arrangements.
• Type, fax, and mail department correspondence.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies; report issues to Sales Manager.
