Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to join the team in the Ephrata, PA area. The role will primarily work in the field and receives support from the Ephrata facility.

Responsibilities include scheduling with customers, parts runs, parts verification, and completing work orders for warranty repairs on sold homes. Candidates should have handyman skills, strong customer relations, and solid problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must understand and follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage schedule and appointments with customers.
• Pick up parts from the factory as needed and verify with orders.
• Install new parts or repair issues per work order.
• Maintain logbook per Department of Transportation.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, stocked, and serviced.
• Complete work orders and return paperwork to the factory.
