Job summary

DLUX Printing is seeking a reliable, detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage the financial side of its growing operation on site in the United States. The role focuses on invoicing, collections, payroll support, and accurate record-keeping to support production and service-based activities.

You will reconcile accounts, monitor job costing, and generate regular financial reports while collaborating with ownership and external accountants to ensure compliance and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, AR/AP, or accounting experience.
• Experience in a production, printing, or service-based business is a strong plus.
• Strong invoicing, collections, and vendor management understanding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Handle accounts payable: vendor bills, purchase orders, and timely payments.
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements.
• Monitor job costing, production expenses, and inventory-related costs.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee hours tracking.
• Generate weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Work closely with ownership and external accountants/CPA.
