Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions—purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records for easy access and proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, inventory reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Support Senior Staff Accountant with additional clerical tasks.
• Assist in monthly inventory count.
