Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Graphics Coordinator for our Wrightstown, WI location in a hybrid role. You will manage incoming customer graphics, create department job orders for flexographic printing, proof proofs for content and layout, and maintain organized art files and correspondence.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, 6–12 months of related experience, and solid computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Teams and Adobe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the administrative workings associated with the incoming graphics for customers and other ProAmpac sites.
• Create graphics department job orders for flexographic printing processes.
• Proofread generated proofs and / or files for accuracy of content and layout.
• Keep organized files of all customer art files, samples, paperwork, ink requests and other correspondence.
• Coordinate orders from initial receipt of art files and orders through the final plate-making process.
