Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in event management, hospitality, weddings, or luxury service environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with event software, POS systems, and hospitality operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Exceptional Events.
• Coordinate weddings, private parties, wine dinners, corporate events, and special experiences.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, vendor communication, and staffing.
• Prepare and communicate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Ensure flawless execution from planning through breakdown.
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event guests.
• Deliver elevated hospitality and personalized service.
