Siren Song Wines in Chelan, Washington, is seeking a warm, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Manager to lead daily guest experiences and inspire a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hospitality, tasting room, restaurant, or resort management experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Experience with POS and reservation systems preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Create a welcoming, polished, energetic atmosphere for guests.
• Ensure every guest feels recognized, valued, and cared for.
• Build relationships with wine club members and repeat visitors.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the tasting room team.
• Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and energy.
• Train staff on wine knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and team accountability.
• Inspire enthusiasm for our wines, food program, and wine club.
• Guide guests through elevated tasting experiences.
• Help grow wine club memberships and repeat visitation.
• Support merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and floor operations.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation excellence.

What You’ll Do

Create Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Lead the daily operation of our tasting room and guest experience
