Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a Desktop Analyst to support a state-of-the-art distribution center with end-user technologies and warehouse systems. You will deploy hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support across multiple platforms in a high-availability environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work both independently and in virtual teams, contributing to critical business initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft W365, AWS Desktop, Android, and SOTI.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including Ethernet, wireless networking, and TCP/IP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft W365, AWS desktops, and warehouse technology environments.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild hardware components and endpoint devices as needed.
• Support warehouse technologies including Zebra printers, handheld scanners, wearable terminals, and other equipment.
• Assist with new distribution center deployments, service requests, and on-site support activities.
