Allegis Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user support across corporate and warehouse environments in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of desktop support or help desk experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and practical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users across multiple locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral device issues.
• Image, deploy, configure, and refresh Windows laptops and desktop computers.
• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
• Assist users with account access, password resets, permissions, and file-sharing issues.
• Document support activities and resolutions within the company ticketing system.
