Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Desktop Technician III in Baltimore, MD onsite on a 06+ months contract. The role involves software/hardware life cycle support, new user setup, and assisting employees with desktop issues.

Required are 5-7 years in desktop support, Windows OS knowledge, desktop installation/configuration, and mobility device troubleshooting. An Associate's degree in a technical field is required. Onsite work with potential for long-term opportunities.

Experience with desktop installation and configuration
Experience troubleshooting desktop issues and mobile devices
Onsite in Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities

Assist in software and hardware life cycle management, including research, packaging, QA, and deployment preparation
Set up new users: desktop configuration, email, LDAP, VPN accounts
Support employees, local and remote, with desktop issues, account issues, and access to internal services
Troubleshoot software issues on desktops/laptops
Provide off-hours support as needed
