Job summary

perfecta is seeking a Desktop Technician in Raleigh, NC for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows, HEAT Call Tracking, and Active Directory administration.

Responsibilities include resolving both routine and non-routine problems independently. Associate-level experience is required. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 2010/2013/2016, and O365.
• Experience with HEAT Call Tracking or a similar tool.
• Experience and thorough knowledge in Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Avaya or a similar call distribution tool.
• Ability to independently resolve routine and some non-routine problems.
