Job summary

DRW seeks a Desktop Systems Engineer to provide advanced desktop support for Windows, macOS, and Linux across offices and remote users. You will deploy hardware, manage devices, and troubleshoot across the full stack in a fast‑paced environment.

You will collaborate with networking, security, storage, cloud, and infra teams, maintain documentation, and participate in after‑hours support. Occasional visits to Greenwich, CT may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 imaging, deployment, and security.
• Strong knowledge of imaging, provisioning, and device lifecycle.
• Experience with AD, MFA, VPN, and security groups.
• Experience in enterprise drive encryption and OS hardening.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop support for Windows, macOS, and Linux across offices and remote users.
• Build, configure, deploy, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, VMs, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, and peripheral issues promptly.
• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning, email access, VPN, and security groups.
• Support conference room tech, AV systems, Zoom/Teams rooms, and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor desktop infrastructure health and address performance and security issues.
• Collaborate with networking, security, storage, cloud, and infra teams on projects.
• Evaluate and test new hardware, software, and endpoint technologies.
• Document systems, processes, and asset inventory; assist moves and rollouts.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations as required.
