Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a qualified IT staff member to provide technical support for computer hardware and software to staff across the organization. You will collaborate with department leadership to align project priorities with Norman Regional Health System's strategic objectives.

The role requires maintaining accurate software inventories, and acting as a resource to diagnose whether performance issues arise from knowledge gaps, system limitations, or policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience with computer hardware/software, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting; and dealing with LAN and PC network equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical support to staff for computer hardware and software.
• Collaborates with department leadership to determine project priorities based on NRH strategic objectives.
• Completes inventory records for tracking institution software.
• Acts as a resource to determine if computer performance problems stem from knowledge, systems, or policy and procedure deficits.
