Job summary

Winner Regional Health is seeking an IT Coordinator to troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers, and related equipment, interfacing with Sanford One Chart and Point Click Care. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments and managing Microsoft participation agreements.

Eligibility includes a high school diploma with a preference for an associate degree in Information Systems Technology and experience in troubleshooting, networking, and a medical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year Information Systems Technology degree preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting and networking is preferred.
• Experience in a medical environment would be very helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers, and related equipment.
• Escalate problems to Sanford for issues beyond coordinator’s control.
• Communicate information regarding Sanford One Chart and Point Click Care.
• Maintain good relationships with other departments on technology issues or projects.
• Manage the Microsoft participation agreement.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Monitor and configure servers, PC hardware, software and operating systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot VOIP and video surveillance systems.
• Provide end-user training and support for hardware and software.
