Job summary

Under supervision of the IT Manager, the role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Relevant IT experience supporting computer systems, networks, servers, or end users preferred.
• Networking, server, virtualization, or IT support certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot network equipment, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Support network connectivity, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and access to company systems and shared resources.
• Administer and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, operating systems, file services, email, applications, and supporting infrastructure as applicable.
• Provide timely, professional technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, application, account, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Manage approved user accounts, permissions, equipment assignments, and access changes within assigned authority.
• Perform system updates, preventive maintenance, workstation deployments, equipment replacements, and approved upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, investigate technical issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
