Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Entry-level certification within one year such as RHCSA or AZ-800.
• Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting server and client operating systems, storage and networking.
• Foundational IT concepts and OSI model knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier I support for all infrastructure components.
• Monitors ticketing queue and escalates tickets as required.
• Support of the VSI environment.
• Participates in the technical implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
