Job summary

SWA in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Support Specialist who can work with minimal supervision, both onsite and remotely, to keep the office productive. You will provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment, and coordinate with local management as needed.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, strong listening and analytical skills, and a commitment to following SWA’s IT

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment at the Los Angeles office.
• Provide remote support to other SWA offices as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SWA’s IT standards and compliance with IT strategy.
