Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown is seeking a Service Technician to support our IT operations in the Los Angeles, CA office. The role provides 2nd/3rd level hardware, software, and networking support and collaborates with IT teams to meet office needs.

You will monitor ITSM tickets, document resolutions, and assist management on technology initiatives while delivering high-quality remote and on-site support. This role requires strong communication and a willingness to travel within offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related IT support experience.
• Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment.
• Associates degree in IT or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to ITSM tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level hardware, software, and networking support.
• Deliver remote and onsite assistance to staff across the firm.
• Document issues and resolutions with clear, concise notes.
