Mercyhealth is seeking a Full-Time IT Support Technician to install, repair, upgrade, and modify PC hardware and software across multiple locations. You will analyze software for compatibility, support project implementations, and maintain equipment records while escalating complex issues to senior technicians.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, upgrade, and modify PC equipment.
• Install PC software programs and systems to meet user requirements.
• Analyze software for compatibility on desktops and network.
• Provide analytical support for third-party software applications.
• Assist with project implementations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain records and inventory of computer equipment.
• Travel to Mercyhealth locations as required.
