Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Technician II for a 06+ months contract in North Clarendon, VT (Onsite). The role supports Windows, Office 365, imaging, and ServiceNow, with responsibilities including troubleshooting PCs and peripherals, hardware upgrades, and asset management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of desktop/IT support experience, strong customer service, and U.S. citizenship due to export-control requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years desktop/IT support experience preferred.
• Strong PC hardware and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10, imaging, and ticketing systems.
• Basic server/network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and dependability.
• Enterprise environment experience preferred; engineering/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to export-control requirements.
• Must pass required background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose/replace hardware components including RAM, hard drives, CPUs, and motherboards.
• Support Windows, Office 365, Outlook, network printers, imaging, and ServiceNow.
• Perform PC refreshes, printer migrations, IMAC activities, and asset management.
• Provide basic server and network troubleshooting and Smart Hands support.
• Assist with installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, backups, and maintenance.
• Provide face-to-face technical support to onsite users.
• Manage tickets, follow-ups, escalations, and multiple projects.

Immediate need for a talented Desktop Support Technician II. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in North Clarendon, VT (Onsite).

Pay Range: $21 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Monday–Friday
• Position 1: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Position 2: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose/replace hardware components including RAM, hard drives, CPUs, and motherboards.
• Support Windows, Office 365, Outlook, network printers, imaging, and ServiceNow.
