Job summary

NTT DATA, in Stockton, California, is seeking an IT End User Services Technician for a hospital environment. You will image and deploy desktop and laptop workstations, install minor peripherals and printers, and perform standard break/fix on devices and peripherals.

The role requires Windows PC experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office & Google Suite, and solid customer service skills; an associate degree or technical certificate is preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.
• 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment, network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.
• 3-5 years of solid customer service communications.
• Degree: Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Install minor peripheral devices and printers.
• Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals.
• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.
