Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Services Technician in Stockton, CA for IT End User Services. You will image and deploy desktop and laptop PC workstations, install peripherals, perform break/fix tasks, and log devices in the asset management system.

The role emphasizes strong Windows knowledge and customer service, with 3–5 years in Windows environments and MS Office/Google Suite proficiency. Healthcare experience is a plus. Starting pay is $30/hour for remote work as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.
• 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment, network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.
• 3-5 years of solid customer service communications.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Install minor peripheral devices and printers.
• Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals.
• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.
